Explicit Consent — Processing Location Data

I have read the Privacy Notice. Accordingly, I give my explicit consent for my device's current location to be processed while the "Burada" app is open, for the purpose of finding app users near me.

I understand that:

• This consent covers only the location collected while the app is in the foreground. Background location is a separate, optional consent.
• My last location is kept in server memory for at most 30 minutes and deleted immediately when I close the app. It is not written to the database or logs, and no location history is kept.
• My exact location, distance or a map is never shown to any user; only a "very near / near" label is used.
• The name of the place I'm at ("Around X") is looked up in the venue database on Burada's own server; my location is never sent to any venue provider.
• I can withdraw this consent at any time in Settings → My consents. Once withdrawn, my location record is deleted immediately.
